Cebu City is rating high in real estate business. Investors and property developers invested their money on building different kind of housing projects. From low cost housing , middle end to high end projects where people could select their choices that could match their source of income. From north to south, different housing projects erected and more coming up, this is because the demand
is very high. One of the areas in Cebu that flooded with projects is in the south, particularly Talisay City. Somewhere along Barangay Biasong, Talisay City there's an on going project of Raphael Homes where they themselves are the developer.
If you would look their finish model house outside, you can see the unique design of their architectural. There was once a man, while we were having an exhibit on this project, got attracted the design of the houses.
When I talked to him he said he's an architect working at Dubai and he was attracted the uniqueness of the house. He admired the modern architectural designs of the houses. It is true because out of 80 lots being sold, only 20 slots remaining available in just about 3 months of publicly selling.
There are three model houses they offered. A townhouse, duplex and the single detach. The good thing of these houses are being erected with strong building foundation. These include purely standard flat bars and corrugated bars, steel stairs, poured cement (unlike others who are just using hollow blocks). Purely steels except the built-in cabinets. Imported entrance panel doors. Their interior finish are very beautiful because they were once an exporter of furniture before.
Lots areas ranges from 50 to 145Sq m which the price of course may varies.
Normally, prices ranges from Php1.750 and Php2.2M for the Townhouses, Php2.3M for the Duplex and Php3.2M to Php3.6 depends on the lot size preferred by the buyer.
The entire subdivision consist only of 70 home owners with fully fenced perimeter and 24hr-guards. The site is located at Barangay Biasong before reaching Crocolandia when using Pooc road and after Crocolandia if you will be passing via Dumlog. Just 15mins ride to Malls, Markets and Talisay City Hall.
